a. Buyer trasnfer by T.T. the full amount of Proforma Invoice within 48 hours to the sellers'bank account. Buyer inform Seller that the remittance copleted and attached bank application. Seller notice Buyer upon receipt of remittance.

b. Extension of the 48 hour reservation period. If it takes more than 48 hours to transfer full amount of the Proforma Invoice, Buyer request seller to extend period.

Vehicle is sold AS IT IS CONDITION. Buyer shall carefully inspect the condition of the vehicle by viewing the photographs and specification of the vehicle as displayed on Seller’s Website. Should Buyer have additional inquiries in regards to the vehicle, Buyer shall contact the Seller in advance. Buyer acknowledges that unless Buyer receives a vehicle that is different from the vehicle that was shown on the Seller’s website, Seller has no obligation to refund, nor discount the purchase price paid by Buyer.

Upon vessel arrival to Buyer’s designated port, Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, payment of any applicable duties and/or fees, registration, and any other requirement to pick up the vehicle. Seller shall provide to Buyer in advance, the customary shipping documents for the vehicle purchased by Buyer.

We hold your order 48 hours from receiving your confirmation and we cancel your order automatically for selling others in case we don't receive your remittance.
