A. Terms and Conditions

a. Buyer transfers by T.T. the full amount of Proforma Invoice within 48 hours to the sellers' bank account. Buyer inform Seller that the remittance completed and attached bank application. Seller notice Buyer upon receipt of remittance.

b. Extension of the 48 hour reservation period. If it takes more than 48 hours to transfer full amount of the Proforma Invoice, Buyer request seller to extend period.

B. Vehicle Condition

Vehicle is sold AS IT IS CONDITION. Buyer shall carefully inspect the condition of the vehicle by viewing the photographs and specification of the vehicle as displayed on Seller's Website.

C. Delivery

Upon vessel arrival to Buyer's designated port, Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, payment of any applicable duties and/or fees, registration, and any other requirement to pick up the vehicle.

D. Holding Your Order

We hold your order 48 hours from receiving your confirmation and we cancel your order automatically for selling others in case we don't receive your remittance.

E. Your E-Mail Address
